The never ending story seem to be the Paraiso del Mar Resort at El Mogote across the bay. Looks the same as 2 years ago when I was over there. Some buildings not finish, construction equipment still visible..... Folks I know living over there are not happy. Lot's of dust / sand in the house they say.
You listen to the media spin doctors and they tell you some different. Driving over there with car is 45+ minutes! Last time I did it including 14 km washboard dirt road. What does a 5 minute water taxi ride help me if I want to leave at a time when they do not operate...???
